KAT offers a wide range of services including one-on-one tutoring, group tutoring, exam preparation (HSC, VCE, UCAT, GAMSAT), medicine and dentistry interview preparation, study skills workshops, and long-term academic mentorship. We cater to students from Year 3 through to Year 12 and beyond, helping them excel in a variety of subjects.
Signing up is easy! You can call, message, or fill out our online enquiry form on our website. We'll schedule an initial consultation to discuss your needs, after which you'll complete an enrollment form and be added to our TutorCruncher system for invoicing, scheduling, and progress tracking.
Once you complete the enrollment process, we typically begin tutoring sessions within a week, depending on tutor availability and scheduling preferences. For urgent exam preparation, we do our best to accommodate earlier starts.
Our centre is located in the Granville area. We also offer online tutoring, so you can access our services from anywhere.

Our group classes are intentionally small, with a maximum of 6-8 students per class. This allows for personalised attention and ensures that each student's questions and learning needs are addressed.
We use TutorCruncher, a comprehensive platform where tutors upload detailed lesson reports after each session, summarising what was covered, student progress, and next steps. Regular progress reports are also provided to parents, and feedback is given continuously throughout the tutoring program.

Our pricing depends on the student's year level and the type of tutoring:
- One-on-One Lessons: Starting from $40 per hour for Year 3-6 students, and up to $55 per hour for Year 11-12.
- Group Tutoring (KAT Courses): Prices range from $27 to $30 per hour, depending on the year level. Discounts are available for students enrolling in multiple subjects.
Yes, we have several discounts:
- Multi-Subject Discounts: 5% off for enrolling in 2 subjects, 10% off for 3 subjects, 15% off for 4 subjects, and 20% off for 5 subjects or more.
- Early Bird Discount: A 10% discount when you pay the full term's fee upfront.
All payments are managed through our TutorCruncher system, which handles invoicing and payments. We offer flexible payment options, including monthly payment plans. Early bird discounts are available for upfront term payments.
If you need to cancel or reschedule a session, simply contact us at least 24 hours in advance, and we'll be happy to rearrange your lesson. Any cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice may incur a cancellation fee.
